At AMoreira Consulting, LLC, or "AMore," we empower individuals and organizations to thrive by prioritizing wellness, collaboration, and productivity. Our mission is to create inclusive, people-centered environments where employees feel valued, leaders are equipped to inspire, and businesses achieve sustainable success. Driven by a passion for fostering growth and innovation, we provide tailored solutions that help clients navigate today’s evolving workplace challenges.
The modern workplace is undergoing a profound transformation, driven largely by the values and expectations of younger generations. As Millennials and Gen Z become the majority of the global workforce, they are reshaping traditional ideas of work by prioritizing flexibility, wellness, and purpose. Yet, many organizations struggle to adapt to these demands, leaving employees feeling disconnected and undervalued. That’s why I founded AMoreira Consulting, LLC: to help bridge the gap between what employees need to thrive and what organizations need to succeed.
My journey to this work has been shaped by my own experiences and a deep commitment to fostering meaningful change. Early in my career, I focused on creating spaces where underrepresented voices could be heard and valued. From co-leading the Northeast LGBT Conference to expanding health resources for underserved communities in Newark, I’ve always been driven by the belief that prioritizing people leads to better outcomes—both for individuals and for organizations. These experiences inspired me to launch AMoreira Consulting, or 'AMore,' where I could bring my passion for leadership, community engagement, and wellness into every solution I design.
As I work with organizations, I often see the same challenges repeated. Burnout is at an all-time high, many employees feel disengaged, and there’s a persistent resistance to flexibility—even though research shows how effective it can be. For example, companies adopting hybrid work or the 4-day workweek consistently report increased productivity and reduced turnover, yet implementing these changes requires a cultural shift that many businesses find daunting. That’s where I come in. My goal is to guide organizations through these transitions with strategies that are tailored, actionable, and designed to meet both employee and business needs.
Wellness is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that when people feel supported, they bring their best selves to work—and that benefits everyone. Whether I’m designing a workplace wellness program, leading a leadership development workshop, or mentoring individuals on their career growth, my approach is always rooted in the understanding that people are an organization’s greatest asset. When we invest in their well-being, the results are extraordinary.
I’ve also seen how much purpose matters to younger generations. Millennials and Gen Z want work that aligns with their values and allows them to make a meaningful impact. Organizations that fail to recognize this shift risk losing top talent and falling behind in today’s competitive market. At AMore, I help businesses not only adapt to these expectations but thrive in them, by building cultures of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation.
This work is deeply personal to me. As a proud gay, Brazilian-American entrepreneur, I know how powerful it is to feel seen, valued, and supported. My own journey has shown me the importance of resilience, representation, and creating spaces where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping organizations build workplaces where diversity is celebrated, ideas flourish, and people can truly thrive.
